Although the staff where very friendly and helpful I didn’t have the best experience. I ordered some liquid 4x100ml for £18 on Halloween and paid £6.50 for next working day delivery. My order was messed about by dhl for over a week when finally your vape team decided to resend out my order and refund my carriage. This order dhl claim was leaking liquid and had to bin but didn’t let anyone know. Your team sent out my order for a second time which I received, this was a liquid short which I wasn’t informed until it arrived that an Item I originally ordered was now out of stock. Rather than emailing or calling to ask if I’d like a replacement (which I would have took) they just refunded it and didn’t ask. Overall I wasn’t very impressed with the situation and after all this messing around only received my carriage back as a sorry. Which should have been refunded anyway due to it not been next day delivery.
